It isn't until you have a loved one using a service that you look closely at the quality. At the times I have been present in the assisted center in Altus, the staff has appeared pleasant and attentive. My parent loves the food and has ample room in the apartment. The one noticeable shortcoming is the attention to detail in cleanliness. The furniture in the parlor is tired and there is not enough seating for all the residents that would like to sit and visit.
