Less than 1 star rating. Mis-diagnosised resident. Treated for pneumonia and had a massive plural effusion that required 4 different thoracentisis to resolve. Care was received after leaving the facility. Resident was to be on a low sodium diet and that was never followed. The nursing staff directed the care. The doctor only "covered" orders. I don't think the doctor ever saw the resident the 30 days he was there. Misleading statements about what was covered by Medicare and what was co-pay. Failed to bill Medicare supplement and read information about insurance that has be provided to them multiple times. The bed was worn-out and sunken in. Suspect Medicare fraud as the resident was far more debilitated when he left the "rehab" than when he was admitted.
