It's all about the money with this company. They tend to undertaff the building and don't really care about the quality of the staff that they hire. They tend to run off the good nurses and hire anyone who walks in off the street. Some of the staff is great but they get overshadowed by the ones who don't care. After reading the state survey reports and seeing how they operate the building it is plainly clear that they don't care about fixing the problems that the facility faces. The facility has so much potential to be a really good place but it is overshadowed by the greed of the corporation.
