Food is terrible, no nutrition. Bread seems to be the main food. Building is old and run down. the residents seem to be more with mental illliness, rather than just old age. Turn over in help, although the nurses are nice and seem to care, they are also concerned about the food. Residents are very thin and do not look healthy. Can not believe it has a rating that high. I have seen several facilities and it is not nice.
