This place is a disgrace! For one thing, there is not enough staff to go around. There is supposed to be a separate area for patients who are there for physical rehab, but they basically just throw patients in whatever room they can. They take in nursing home patients that they are not equiped to handle -- such as dementia patients when they have no secure ward for them to reside in. And patients are NOT supplied with a telephone (after all, they wouldn't want the patients to be able to call out and tell their loved ones about how much the place sucks!)
And as for their rehab department? Forget it. You'd be better off doing your own home exercise plan. Drive the extra miles and go to Hilliard or Grove City for QUALITY rehab, beautiful facilities, and nurses/nurse aides who actually answer their patient call lights!
On a positive note -- this would be a great place for that weird family uncle that nobody can stand!
