Very disappointed. Our mother was admitted after surgery for rehabilitation. She was put in a room with a verbally abusive patient and our requests to have her moved to a different room went ignored for over a month. Her stay lasted a month longer than normal because physical therapists did not adhere to the scheduled therapy sessions. Response time from nurses and nurses aides was very slow. There were many times the nurses station was unattended so no assistance was available at all. Administrators listened to our concerns but no changes were made during our mother's stay.
