Poor response to calls for nurse--average 30-40+ minutes. Nutrition: "we're out of that [food item] so no one got it today," with no substitution given or offered other than high sugar/calorie artificial fruit drinks to meet required calorie intake. The only positive was the aide assigned. I would avoid this place.
