I have asked for a survey or review form from this facility from several people and while they are very sweet about it…."oh, I'm sorry, I can't believe you didn't get that yet"…. I am still waiting. I applaud most of the staff that I have encountered. They seem to be compassionate and mean well, however, they are terribly short staffed and some days my family member goes without seeing an aide for long periods of time. Medication is not always given in a timely manner and what is even more disturbing, sometimes the medication is not even there to be given. It has either not been ordered or the pharmacy has yet to deliver it. Both excuses are unacceptable to me. I have offered to move my loved one but they do not want to move because they have made friends there and also do not want to move even farther from me. Most of the residents complain about the food on a regular basis and will order out or have family members bring them food. Some have dietary needs that are not being taken into account…ie, diabetes. Too many starches, etc.
