This place is very poorly run! when you walk into the facility where the offices are it is very clean and decorated nice and smells good but when you actually walk into the nursing care unit it is filthy and stinks. I have seen many residents wandering with filthy clothes, messy hair, and worst of all their briefs have been soiled multiple times and usually carry a foul odor. They had 16 violations at the time my loved one was admitted there and I never seen another review posted as to the updates or corrections from the federal or state departments.
