Last week, I visited my dear Aunt Frances who recently became a patient at Heartland-Fairfield Nursing Center, near Pleasantville, Ohio.
I was very happy to see that the facility is kept clean, there were no really strong odors about the facility, the floors shine, the rooms that I looked into were neat and clean. My aunt says she is being very well taken care of, and the food served to her is good. While I was there, she needed assistance for something I couldn't do, and she rang the bell for a nurse; her needs were taken care of in a short period of time. I am very pleased that she is receiving good care in a very fine facility!
