Had my family member there. The place smells all the time. Saw garbage in the halls. Tried to talk to the administrator a few times, he was never there.
The nursing staff is friendly but they seem hurried and always looking for supplies. Mom needed her bed changed and they could not find any linen. There is not much activity at the facility and if you come later in the day or early evening residents just sit around doing nothing. It was really sad and I was glad I was there for my mother.
The only good thing about this place was the physical therapy. They really helped her a lot. Be aware if you are going on a tour, they ring some kind of bell to alert everyone to clean up so if you do come around it will look better than it usually does.
