I would never recommend putting your loved one here. I have been an STNA for 12 years so I understand that it is a tough job but there is no reason for the aides not to shower their residents or answer their lights. My husband and I have a family member at this facility and they have been there for a year and a half now and we are currently looking for somewhere else. Some of the people there are nice but majority of them are rude and do not care how you feel or if your loved one is taken care of. I have caught them not giving meds they are supposed to give, not changing or cleaning our loved one. Half the time they do not get their showers. I just thought that people needed to know that when you are looking for a place to take your loved one in hopes that they would care for them maybe even a quarter of what you would, Please do not choose this place!
