I wish we would have had time to visit the facility before selecting. The services were poor to fair. Staff were sometimes rude and condescending not only with family but other staff as well. A very poor experience… Full Review

AS A CURRENT RESIDENT OF ONE AND A HALF YEARS, I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE MOST EXCELLENT CARE POSSIBLE HERE AT THE CAPRICE HEALTH CARE CENTER, NORTH LIMA, OHIO. ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS AND LEADERSHIP ARE FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE, AND EXCEPTIONALLY… Full Review
