My mom has been there a couple of months. She says the food is really bad & often when she tries to get a different dish she is refused or ignored. Her wheelchair has legs that want to go the wrong way. I recently spoke to the director and he said, "your mother's alleged complaints" were already told to me by your sister and that if my mom had complaints she could come to his office. She can not due to the wheelchair and the previous day tried to get someone to have him come see her, which also did not work. He cut me off when I brought up the wheelchair and said, "Have a good day, ma'am" and hung up on me. One night I got to hear my mom put the phone down to be helped by an aid and the aid told her if she wasn't satisfied, "have your family take care of you." I am not impressed by this place. I am out of state, my sister is in Ohio.
