My dad came here for rehab and within a few days was back in the hospital.
No one came when he rang for help, no one came when his alarm went off (when he stood without help). He was not given a diabetic diet or snacks as was ordered by the physician. He was not taken to the batrhroom and the family had to dress and undress him for bed and empty his urinal.
Family spent 6+ hours a day with him and he was still phycically abused and neglected in the hours we were absent. Can you imagine the residents who don't get any visitors?
