The facility is beautiful!
The aids will run away from you when you need help and they will never return. They will leave you in a bathroom for an hour and not respond to the help call.
The professionals that help with your rehab are very courteous and helpful. Too bad they have to spend time helping patients to the restroom and get to their room. They could do so much more rehab work.

It appears this situation was an isolated problem and other aids were great and very helpful!
