Mother is a 5 year resident (2010-2015). Have minimum staffing. Scant security for the safety of residents and staff. No contact when someone decided to replace family owned TV stand and mom's wheelchair - no choice, she's just stuck with it whether she likes it or not. I am currently looking for a new home for her.
