High turnover rate of staff. Many staff do not interact well with the residence. We ask questions and noby can find the chart to answer our questions. Information does not get passed on from one shift to the next. My mother-in-law was having a serious stroke. The roommate tried to get her help. The was told to go to sleep. Staff ignored the problem for three hours.
