I also agree with Amy. I too believe that change is hard and in this case for the better. I hope that the employee's will stop wasting time pointing fingers and being mean to one another and see this as an oppertunity to showcase their talents. Dinah wants whats best for the facility. She cares deeply for the people that work at Riverside and even deeper for the people who live there. I believe in the employees at Riverside and I believe that together we can accomplish great things, if you will just see this as an oppertunity! Riverside is like a family, you may not like every member, you may not even respect of agree with them….. they may be an odd one or two (every family has those) but in the end your family is there for you- they have your back! So come to work, do your best, take care of your family and stay out of gossip and drama and negativity and I guarantee Dinah along with the rest of the Mgt. will see the talent you bring to Riverside. The secret to our success is all of us, not one. No one person is to blame for failure either!
