The staff at Riverside are all incredibly friendly and responsible. I have been in this building several times recently and the level of professionalism is most evident. I do believe there have been several staff "changes" and obviously, the writer of the first review is probably one of those on the receiving, albeit negative, end of one of those changes. Mrs. Beerck is one of the most professional and caring nurses I have witnessed in management of a nursing facility. The reviewer needs to get his or her facts correct as all facilities are required to verify licensure of their nurses. By the way, reviewer, please learn the spell check feature on your computer.
