THe Laurels of West Carrollton has really changed since the former owner operated it as Elm Creek. It's been renovated and looks great. The new administrator and nurses are very caring. … Full Review

It has been a few years so things might have changed, but this place was horrible. You get a brochure of how great the place is so you decide that your loved ones should go here. There are no tvs for the patients while they recover, no phones… Full Review
