Family member left by the side door at 8:00am Labor Day in the pouring rain walking down the middle of a busy street. was found by a passer-by and taken to a local business, police called , facility didn't want to call me but finally did. Wrong information put on family members medical chart, said she had macular degeneration and several allergies which she did not have when admitted and I was never informed of any allergies before getting her out of there. A night mere!!!
