Horrible experience start to finish, admissions wanted me to sign blank forms, some of the aids did not know how to use the equipment, confusion about what services were contracted, after making arrangements for discharging my mother - the staff did not know anything about it, and I continued to get bills for services after discharge. What a nightmare!
