I was sent to this facility after my knee replacement in April 2011, I received no medication for an entire night because of some pharmacy mixup. No one bothered to inform me, they just let me suffer. Please understand this was right after surgery. There was only one nurse on staff that actually cared if I received my medicine on a timely bases, the other staff members, (aids) were great and very helpful. I will never forgive them for this treatment. Medicine was never given, although requested, before therapy sessions, it was just awful and painful to do any therapy. I would never recommend anyone to go here for rehab. If it had not been for my son, I would have left this facility the next morning after no medication. This to me was heartless to let anyone suffer with no medication all night and right after surgery. Because of not giving me my meds timely and before therapy todate I am still having problems with my knee. It is really important after knee surgery that you get the proper therapy to get you back to as normal as can be. At this facility, it will not happen. Some patients were transferring daily to other facilities. I even heared where they dropped or patients fell out of their beds, elderly patients at that. My suggestion is to really get involved with the patients care if you have anyone at this place.
