Important sorry but i wouldn't even government the 1star the social worker is a lazy, Liar for starters.their d.o.n. Is also a liar and very unprofessional.if she is in a bad mood and don't like a resident she will lock you up on the 5th floor with bad psych patients.then the psych doc. Is an embeseler from twinsburg school systems he was a superintendent.he lies to family another whole administration hides things from family. Not to pension staff and residents steal from you and won't replace the articles. The foods unfit. The place is filthy. Residents get verbally abused.

All i really have to say about this filthy facility is they better honor the guardianship paper work. turn over the medical file so i can finish dealing with you. My wish is that university manor will be closed down my relative was starved and over medicated abused and mistreated. You did not honor the poa papers. but you will honor the guardianship papers. Im sure you've heard from my attorney again. I URGE ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT PUTTING A LOVED ONE IS THIS FACILITY DO NOT DO IT. YOU WILL BE SORRY. THIS FACILITY IS A DEATH TRAP. IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE IN UNIVERSITY MANOR PLEASE GET THEM OUT THEY'RE LIFE IS IN DANGER. TRUST ME IM DEALING WITH THE AFTER MATH OF MY FATHER BEING THERE PLACING HIM IN THAT FACILITY WAS THE WORSE THING I'VE EVER DONE.
I agree with the person. the facility just received multiple citations nov 8 2011. The facility is known for causing additional health problems with their patients. One patient that i cant name had a major brain stroke due to being over medicated and starved. this facility do not honor poa papers and they continuously lie to families. the adon is a liar and believe me they are being dealt with in ways they cant imagine
