My mother was placed at Scarlet Oaks. The nursing care was horrible. Her call light was not answered when she needed something, the food was not something my dog would not eat, she was not changed when she wet herself. When I called the staff told me what I wanted to here not what was going on. I took her out and she is now in a place where she is cared for. Do not think of putting yourt loved one in this hell hole. Their rating should be minus a star.
