ALWAYS short staffed. They overwork staff and write them up if they can't get their work done by the end of the shift. This leads to staff clocking out on time then going back to floor to finish charting and caring for patients. Never can keep staff, always in the paper looking for more nurses. They pay nurses great because they have to! Only way they are able to keep staff is with pay.
