The facility is very dirty and there are ants on the floor. The bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. Some of the staff is good particularly Fatima, Corrina and Jared the social worker. Lisa the night nurse is also good. But overall the level of care is very poor though because the help that is needed is not given. The call light in my father's room remained broken for more than a day. He did not receive the physical therapy he was there to receive. That was the whole purpose for him to be there and he did not receive the therapy he was scheduled to receive. I intend to report this facility to the health department and to Medicare.
