My mother was sent there for rehab after a fall that fractured her hip and arm. She has been there for a week now and so far it has been totally horrible! I have been there every day. In just one week I have twice gone in and found her call button way out of reach. I was told by my mother that they refused to give her water, and when I arrived her water was there but out of reach. They ignore the call buttons and patients have to wait for sometimes an hour or more just to get assistance to use the restroom. This is just the tip of the iceburg. The place is clean and the physical therpy dept. is standard…..but there truly is no heart in Heartland!!!!!!!!!

Sorry u feel that way but deep down inside u no your telling a bold faced lie!!!there was lots of love at the heartland<3 clean nice good food and most of all good ppl especially the aids if I had to go bac I will thxs heartland
