While every facility has shortcomings from time to time, the patient and families are the highest concern of the staff at Heather Hill. Every person goes above and beyond their job duties to make people as comfortable as possible during their stay at this facility. Heather Hill has had a long tradition in the community and hopefully will continue for a long time into the future as well for people from Geauga and the surrounding counties of Northeastern Ohio.
