The staff exceeded all my expectations, worked well with the medical team, hospital and Hospices. One could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was honest, professional and did a truly professional job in their areas of responsibility. The meals were among the best I have ever eaten and the personal care and attention given to all the residence was above a 5 star rating.
This facility has to be among one if not the best in Ohio, and many more States. I strongly recommend this facility and after you have a lunch or dinner plate you will realize that it is not only prepared well but warm and as good as mothers cooking.
