Continuous turn over of nurses and aides. Rare breaks and lunch periods are almost nonexistent . Mandatory overtime and an inundation of paperwork. Managers love texting employees at all hours to delegate duties.
The facility is clean and residents are taken care of adequately, The work environment is not a good one for the aides nor the nurses.
