The first thing that hits you is the URINE smell in the front lobby.
Social work dept. is lousy, not sharing verbal information, female has been her job posssibly too long to care anymore….Need to uphaul staff.

I totally disagree my mother has been there for 5 years and never once have I encountered a urine smell. The socail worker has always been attentive to our needs. Did she have a release to shre the information?
