My fiance went to Canal Pointe on September 11, 2012. We went there to be weened from the ventilator. After being there for a month we have made the decision to look else where to get the proper care he needs. The staff is nice but they seem to only be aggressive at giving medicine. They never turn him, which led to a stage 4 bed sore on his buttom. Overall, we are not happy with the facility and plan to move very very soon.
