Zero professionalism, the phones do not get answered and they are rude to family members. The admin was judgmental on the phone, they have not been mindful of the deeply painful elements surrounding my family's particular situation and have provided ZERO follow up. They do not call when they say they are going to call and they do not follow through on the things they offer to do. They also seem to think that allowing a sub-standard "CNA" to remain on the premises of their establishment is prudent and acceptable. REALITY: the nursing home INDUSTRY has NO infrastructure to deal with elderly addicts who enter into their care with severe health problems brought on by alcohol addiction. Furthermore, this institutin has vilified the family with little to no acknowledgement of the depth of seriousness of our situation and definitely NO understanding of the reality of it, this much is for certain. I have never been spoken to more rudely in the whole of my life and these people should be ashamed of themselves. They care more about LIABILITY than HUMANITY and that's why, in short, Northchase sucks.
