My family member was at Westwood Hills Nursing and Rehab for 19 months. Westwood Hills lived up to a five star rating as well as the referral from the case worker at the hospital. Everything that we ask for was took care of immediately. Our family member was kept very clean and recieved the attention they needed. Clothes closet was kept in good order with no problem of items getting lost.Great hands on care and proper assistance with feeding. Bed sores were addressed immediately and were reassessed with treatment plans until healed. Us and our family member was treated very well by ALL staff. Westwood Hills works toward earning their rating and it shows. Thankful we found this facility.
