Very unclean, barely liveable environment. The odor is horrible the minute you walk in the door. There are only a FEW good staff members who actually pay attn to the residents, but, they are so few of the ones REALLY working & caring about what they do. The rest of the staff, especially the c.n.a.'s act as though they HATE their jobs. No personal attention. By far, one the worst LTC facilities I have ever visited. Do not put your loved one in there!
