The director Thaddeus Morgan lacks empathy. The morale is down and it shows with the atmosphere. All of my moms clothes missing. Mistakes made with no apologies. The head of nursing Amanda who is unapproachable and lacks empathy as well. This place created more stress on a family member instead of making things better. They just dont care.

This nursing home is the worst that I have ever been involved with. They have tried to cover up abuse twice that I personally know about. Please pick any other facility for your loved one
