Lipstick on a pig! Beds are always nicely made, but soiled and urine stained sheets dwell beneath. Doctor there will not confer with patients' physicians or family unless you are right there in the room when he decides to grace the facility with his presence. He picks up checks in several nursing homes, so this one is not a priority and neither is your patient.Facility is beautiful, but poorly maintained. Maintenance must have a work order to replace batteries in a TV remote. Work orders wait weeks to replace light bulbs in fixtures or fix broken pull chains over beds. No one knows who is in charge. Continually short staffed because staff call out due to illness. Staff care, but burnout at an exceptionally high rate. Always short staffed on third shift and weekends. Many residents have falls trying to get to the restroom because not enough staff to assist them.Pruitt is supposed to have high standards but misses the mark. Lack of communication from shift to shift
