Gone down hill since Aug 1st 2015. Admin won't even return calls nor does director of nursing. Food is being served extremely late and and not editable. Long term Social worker named Lava is allowed to boss and talk down to residence. Thank goodness for Flo and Ashley and one or two other that watch out for my mom but they can't be there 24/7. Highly under staffed and taking on more residents. 6 next week. Many families are paying upwards to $15 an hour extra to have someone sit with their loved one on top of paying for the care they are suppose to be already getting.
