Our family would give this facility a 1+. The plus is for the rehab folks who, rated alone, would merit the best grade. The general staff is unprofessional, the "doctors" (if you are lucky enough to get a glimpse of one) are inferior to borderline quacks, the nursing supervisors too "smart" to listen to patients families, and the administrative staff completely unresponsive, to a degree that it could be considered obstruction. Again, the rehab staff is excellent! This is not an Employee or vendor "beef". If you hated someone, you could send them here. It also has a tendency to smell bad. Overpriced and inferior care.
