Over all it's a ok place. My major concern is laundry. I do my mothers launday every week, but staff often send it down to be to be washed and I have to enquire about missing items. I have spoke about this situation many times and I'm just tired of it!!! She has several items missing and I would really appreciate if staff could please get their act together. Clothing is limited.
