Grace Health Care is a peaceful setting. Activities are innovative and often. The nursing staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are highly skilled in long term care and will meet with the families as needed. The dietary staff offers attractive and tasteful food. They are always willing to offer an alternative meal, soup or snack. Housekeeping staff keep the facility clean and odor free. All staff relate well with the residents creating a homelike environment. The administrator and Director of Nursing always have an open door. Grace Healthcare of Durham is a homelike environment with happy staff and happy residents.
