Start with roach bites to residents that become infected. Diabetic bedtime snacks that are not passed. Dirty bathrooms. Fecal matter on the privacy curtains. They have run out of linen. I've never seen over bed tables wiped off to eat off of. These same tables held a dirty diaper minutes before. Same crap stayed on the carpet for weeks before being cleaned. The air conditioners don't work. Management does not care.
