Great Physical and Occupational Therapy group.
Needs improvement in food prep. I can't believe you can't get a glass of milk in the evening- or anything to drink or snack - after the evening meal.
Needs improvement in the care given to those that can't feed themselves. I watched trays being left for someone to feed the patient. The trays were picked back up - never offering the patient a bite to eat. Then , there were times the patient was offered a couple bites, she ate the couple bites, then the nurse/cna left without offering more, or coming back. If you have a loved one that can't feed themselves, you need to be there at feeding time. Staff gets to busy to feed, I assume.
