My mother went into Cardiac Arrest there during dialysis. They had an incorrect phone number for me and never bothered to look on the board next to my mother's bed, where three contact numbers were very very clearly posted. And….my number is listed. I didn't find out until the next morning until I arrived to visit my mother. She died six hours later. Thank God I happened to be visiting, or I never would have found out my mother was in the hospital, and she would have died alone.
The aides and nurses are dedicated and caring. The administration should rot in hell.
