Limited food menu; some foods designed for low-cost, not nutrition.
Aides often did not carry out requested or required services. Food tray often left in room all evening causing fruit flies in room.
Took 5 days to make critical medicine change.
Took 2 weeks to get staff to allow resident to have water jug at bedside overnight.
O2 concentrator extremely loud.
Private room small as prison cell; could not fully open bathroom door because night stand blocked it. Wrong size Wh Chair. Some rooms over 85 degrees.
Small quantity of liquid refresments perhaps 6oz.
No resident restrooms in basement with therapy rooms. Therapy rooms very small.
I've told hospital staff to NEVER send me there again.
