I cannot imagine how 1 nurse can help 40 patients at a time,while people in there senioe life are so fragile and can fall at any time.
They are so over-worked and under staffed at this place
The nurses and the aides do not seem to care about the patients nor do they attend to them when they need immediate attention such as going to the bathroom or asking for a drink etc. Whe you visit they are like the mofia you cannot even ask them a question due to there attitudes and being over-whelmed with there paperwork.They make you feel uncomfortable with the people in the cafe in there wheelchairs who are angry at the world and look at you like your crap when you are visiting your loved ones. There are not enough seats to sit or no where to sit for the entertainment etc. The workers are secretive and do not no answers when something happens to your loved one such as falling bruises etc You have to wait to get into A and B units <floors filthy ,furniture is bad hallways and the dining rooms have no air circulation.as well If you visit no where comfortable to sit. This place is awful
