This rehab facility is terrible. The appearance is very deceiving. The inside is beautiful and looks great. The staff is terrible. They do not care or respect the elderly the way they should. When elderly individuals have to use the restroom facilities they make them wait for long periods of time. The staff is rude with exception for a handful of individuals. They also degrade the elderly and sick. They lack both moral and ethical values. This facility is under staffed. It’s a disgrace how this place treats their patients.
