the aides, for the most part were uncaring, they didn't care about the patients feelings or needs, they just did want they were required to do. **That was the attitude of the whole place.** There was no feeling of happiness togetherness, all you heard was the staff complaining about patients and other staff members openly! the food was served cold to patients, no ice machines on the floor so patients can't get cold water at will. They are under staff so aides will not get ice or extra juice for patients from kitchen down stairs. PT and OT is a joke, how they call themselves therapist. anyone can walk a person down a hallway!
doctors visit weekly, if that! even when a patient is sick. no doctor in the building encase of emergency . Irate a negative 1 i removed my love one from this nursing home after massive weight lost and improper care.
